Cancellation / Refund Policy

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order (Except 1-Day Dispatch collection). After 24 hours order can not be cancelled by the customer.  The amount (entire amount after deduction bank charges) will be refunded via original method of payment within 15 to 20 working days.

If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days (after deducting bank charges or entire amount)

Shipping Policy:

1-Day Dispatch collection products are shipped in 3 business working days from the warehouse as International deliveries shipments required customs clerance and courier will deliver the products. Courier transit time will depend upon the location of the customer.

Products are generally shipped in 3 to 5 working days except few special cases when we can receive high quantity orders for any product/s. Venus Shoppee will contact to customer in such case and customer has right to cancel the order if, product is not shipped in 10 working days. Venus Shoppee will refund the money to customer in that case through the same channel customer has paid the money.

Product is delivered through VENUSSHOPPEE.COM’s authorized courier service. VENUSSHOPPEE.COM reserves the right to use alternative courier and post services whenever it founds necessary.

International Customers may have to pay additional customs duty in their country.

RETURN and Replacement POLICY.

What is Return/Replacement Policy?

To ensure your shopping experience remains the best, all physical products sold on VENUSSHOPPEE are covered under our Replacement Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defect, product damage at the time of delivery and we will issue a brand new replacement to you.

How do I ensure that Return policy is implied to my order without any hassles?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and hope that you're happy with your purchase. We're committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) and follow the below


1.    We do not return lingerie, innerwear, swim wear, sleepwear, jewellery and socks etc because of hygiene reasons

2.    Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

3.    Fragrance bottle seal must not be opened/tampered; All additional items or accessories in the package must be sent without anything missed out.

4.    Please do take care that that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

5.    Is not applicable for any free items.

6.    Returns will not be accepted if the item is covered under manufacturer’s warranty period, however, if damaged on receiving the item, it can still be returned post raising a complaint with our Customer care.

How can I return the item? Where should I send it?

You can inform at support@venusshoppee.com to return the goods with 48 hours of receipt and The Item must be returned in the original condition to the VENUSSHOPPEE.COM office address  And the item must be sent within 5 days of raising the complaint to Customer Care, post which the complaint will be considered as void and no further action will be taken from our side. Product will be replaced within 7 working days. If the product is out of stock VENUSSHOPPEE.COM will refund the payment through the same source customer has made the payment in with 15 to 20 days.

So will the courier charges be reimbursed?

Sorry. We do not have the policy of refunding courier charges under Return policy.

Can I exchange the item for a new item?

Yes. We do have the option to exchange with any item of your choice at same value. If you want a product with low or higher value, you need to ‘Return’ your product and place a new order for the new item. We will proceed to Refund the amount once we receive the original item to any of our offices. Please contact our customer care team at support@venusshoppee.com for further assistance on this. Sorry. We do not have the policy of refunding courier charges under exchange policy

How will I get the Refund?

Post lodging a complaint and agreement for Refund with Customer care, raise a query from “My Account” page on VENUSSHOPPEE website along with your account details as mentioned below.
